While some let Temple lead the way, others prefer to choose by intuition. However you arrive, you’ll enter our one-of-a-kind template library. It’s thoughtfully refreshed with new designs, while select templates are reserved in our private vault to avoid decision fatigue, inspire clarity, and ensure your brand stands apart with designs that stay rare and remarkable.

Rooted in beauty and backed by expert strategy, each template includes guided prompts woven into every section to make editing effortless and designed for success. The result is a website that gives custom-built, quiet luxury, with real visibility, growth, and connection.

In Your Icon Era

FIFTY 5 FIFTY is where everyday becomes the destination.

For the Aesthetic Class, those who move with intention, curate with taste, and quietly shape culture.

Our mission is to study the places that make you say, “Should we move here?” and stay with us long after we leave, because every visit tells a story meant to be lived, felt, and remembered.

The kind of place where you notice the glow of the room before anything else. Conversation lingers a little longer at the table. The music, the scent in the air, the textures, the pace of the evening. Something about it shifts the way you see your world.

You leave wishing you could bring that feeling home.

FIFTY 5 FIFTY began with that curiosity.

Through this project, we visit remarkable hotels and restaurants to understand what makes them so memorable. Each visit documents the elements that shape the experience: lighting, sound, scent, finishes, hospitality, and the small rituals that give a place its character.

Many of the details that make a stay unforgettable can be recreated at home through thoughtful design and technology, turning home into your favorite destination.

The People Behind FIFTY 5 FIFTY

We are Shaina and James Miesnik, and together we explore the intersection of hospitality and home.

My background is in hospitality and marketing, and over time I became fascinated with the environments people never forget. My role focuses on the sensory details that shape a memorable stay or meal.

James reveals how the qualities that make these experiences special can live beyond the walls of the places that inspired them. With more than two decades of experience in home integration, he has played a part in some of the South’s most luxe residential designs in lighting, AV, and smart home systems.

While we’re partners in life and business, we’re also partners in parenthood. Our child experiences the world through heightened sensory awareness, and this has made us especially attentive to — and passionate about — how environments affect the way people feel.

The Inspiration Behind the Name

The name Fifty 5 Fifty comes from a house that once changed how everyday life felt for our family.

It sat quietly on a few acres at the end of a long driveway that curved around a grand black walnut tree.

At night, you could see every star in the sky and every firefly in the field. Days were for sitting on the deck watching the kids and dogs run free.

Every room carried a calm that made ordinary days feel like a vacation.

There was a feeling there that is difficult to describe but impossible to forget — the sense that life itself had become the destination.

Eventually life happened and we had to let that house go, but we’ve been chasing that feeling ever since.

Fifty 5 Fifty was born from that search.

We believe everyone deserves to feel like their everyday is a getaway.
